On January 1, 2004, the third phase of the Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) came into effect. This Act governs information collected as part of commercial activity by any private sector organization. The Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge already maintains a high level of security with respect to the confidentiality of your records but we are now obligated by law to advise and obtain consent to the terms of the collection, distribution and storage of your data.

Our commitment to privacy

The Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge respects the privacy of our customers. We pledge to never release your personal information (i.e. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or credit card information) to anyone who is not employed or contracted by us to provide a service to you.
